Hi Everyone,

I really am so excited & pleased with today's tutorial!! I love it! Its just so sweet & a lovely gift idea. I really hope that you like it too.

I just think they are just the cutest thing ever!

It really is so simple to make & you can do them all sorts of different colours & designs, just have fun with it. The great thing is that it all matches.

I would be so thrilled if i got this as a gift. I think these would be fantastic for Teacher gifts & even to sell at craft fairs.

This is also a great way to use up scraps of DSP as you only need a small size piece for the Tea bags & to decorate the Box.

To make this project i used the beautiful Jar of Love stamp set & matching Framelits. This set is amazing & so cute. The great thing is that this will be carrying over to the new catalogue next month!

Water Colour Card Using Touches Of Texture

Hi Everyone,

I am back today with a simple but beautiful card.

I love Touches of texture stamp set. You get loads of stamps with this set and you can really create fantastic looking cards in minutes. I hope you like the one i have today.

I used a card base of Basic grey measuring 4 1/8" x 11" scored @ 5 1/2"

My card front was water colour card and measured 4" x 5 3/8"

Using Blushing bride ink i applied some colour using a water colour brush.

Again using Blushing bride i stamped the large speckle stamp from Touches of texture. I also stamped off and applied that around the card front.

Using black memento Ink i stamped 2 of the flowers. I coloured them in with Stampin write markers in Rose red, Flirty Flamingo, Pear pizzazz and Daffodil delight.

The sentiment is from Garden in bloom and that was stamped in Rose Red. I added a few Rhinestones to finish.

I hope you like it.

Please pop by tomorrow as i have a fantastic tutorial for you!!

Thank you

I think they look so elegant & they would make fantastic Teacher gifts. I also think that they are 2 gifts in one. You have the bookmark & also the beautiful embellished Paper Clip.

They really are know limits on how you can decorate these. You can heat emboss them, stamp on to the vellum, add ribbons and gems. The list is endless.

I made a few of these and i used lots of different stamp sets. I have listed all the products i used below. If you would like to purchase any of them, just click the picture and it will take you direct to my online shop.

Gorgeous Card Made Using Scraps Of DSP!

Hi Everyone,

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all having a great Weekend so far.

As you all know, the new catalogue goes live on June 1st. As that date is fast approaching i want to use up my retiring DSP & scraps.
A great way to do this is to make cards. You can make loads of them by using up scraps. I hope you like the one i have made today.

I love it!! The DSP is called So in love. This is one of my favorite paper stacks. The great thing is that you can still buy this stack on the retiring list & its reduced!! Hurry though as stock is low.

The stamp set i used is Layering Love. This one is carrying over to the new catalogue :-) I am really pleased about that as i love this stamp set.

Layering Love Stamp Set
Item No; 141965

To make the card i cut 6 pieces of DSP to 1/2" wide and just a length that i was happy with.
My card base is Whisper white & measures 4 1/8" x 11" Scored @ 5 1/2"

I glued my strips down first with Tombow glue. I stamped my sentiment onto Whisper white with Versamark ink. I heat embossed it with Gold Stampin emboss powder. I used a layering Oval to cut it out and i also cut out a larger scallop oval from Real red card.

Before i glued my sentiment onto the real red oval i wrapped some gold thread around the red oval. I made a 6 point pattern and used some snail to secure the thread.

I added a few basic rhinestones to finish.

I hope you like it. Please pop back tomorrow for another tutorial.

Thank you
