#5 Wedding Week Gorgeous Heat Embossed Vellum Luminary

Hi crafty peeps!!

Welcome to my blog & project number 5 of my Wedding Week.

Today's project is a beautiful vellum Luminary which is heat embossed with Gold embossing powder.

Its so easy to make and will look great on your guests tables. I hope you like it.

I love this and it looks beautiful when the lights are dimmed. Obviously this is only for a battery operated Tea Light.

You could make lots of these for very little cost and i really think your guests would love them.

I used Dragonfly Dreams & Awesomely Artistic stamp set for my stamping. I stamped the Dragonfly's with versamark and i heat embossed with Gold stampin emboss powder. I attached a piece of Rich razzleberry card to the top and bottom but i used a die from the Mini treat bag thinlits to get the little heart cut outs. They look so sweet.

Gorgeous Card Made Using Scraps Of DSP!

Hi Everyone,

Happy Saturday! I hope you are all having a great Weekend so far.

As you all know, the new catalogue goes live on June 1st. As that date is fast approaching i want to use up my retiring DSP & scraps.
A great way to do this is to make cards. You can make loads of them by using up scraps. I hope you like the one i have made today.

I love it!! The DSP is called So in love. This is one of my favorite paper stacks. The great thing is that you can still buy this stack on the retiring list & its reduced!! Hurry though as stock is low.

The stamp set i used is Layering Love. This one is carrying over to the new catalogue :-) I am really pleased about that as i love this stamp set.

Layering Love Stamp Set
Item No; 141965

To make the card i cut 6 pieces of DSP to 1/2" wide and just a length that i was happy with.
My card base is Whisper white & measures 4 1/8" x 11" Scored @ 5 1/2"

I glued my strips down first with Tombow glue. I stamped my sentiment onto Whisper white with Versamark ink. I heat embossed it with Gold Stampin emboss powder. I used a layering Oval to cut it out and i also cut out a larger scallop oval from Real red card.

Before i glued my sentiment onto the real red oval i wrapped some gold thread around the red oval. I made a 6 point pattern and used some snail to secure the thread.

I added a few basic rhinestones to finish.

I hope you like it. Please pop back tomorrow for another tutorial.

Thank you

Hi Everyone,

Happy Saturday!! I hope you are all glad the Weekend is here.

Today i have a lovely card for you that uses up the rest of my hand stamped DSP. I will be doing another YouTube Tutorial next week of some more hand stamped designs, i no my last one has proved very popular!
Sometimes people just need a little inspiration of what to do with stamp sets. I really hope that i have helped you.

I also used one of the SAB stamp sets on this card which is Delicate Details. I love that stamp set.
Please check out my YouTube channel and blog next week as i have some sneaky peeks for you! It will be the new items that you can earn from Sale-A-Bration!! Trust me, they are beautiful!!

So here is my card for today, i hope you like it.

My card base is made from Rich Razzleberry and measures 4 1/2" x 10" scored @ 5"

The hand stamped DSP down the front measures 2 1/2" x 4 7/8"

The inside whisper white measures 4 1/4" x 4 3/4"

I attached the DSP to the front of the card and then stamped delicate details down either side with versamark Ink. I then heat embossed with gold powder.

The sentiment is from Blooms & Bliss stamp set.

The inside of the card was stamped with Delicate details in rich razzleberry.

Very pretty card using my hand stamped designer series paper

Hi Everyone,

How fast has this week gone?? I can't believe it is Thursday already!! Nearly the Weekend again!

So, today my card is so pretty as i have used the handmade DSP i made last week. I have had a few of my followers asking me if i would make a card with it.

So here it is! Hope you like it as much as i do.

The stamp set that i used to create my background is Oh so succulent. It is available to purchase from the Spring/Summer catalogue.
It really is the perfect set to create your own DSP.
The sentiment i chose is from Paisleys & Posies stamp set.

Rich razzleberry card measuring 4" x 11 3/4"  scored on the long side @ 5 7/8"

2 pieces of very vanilla measuring 3 7/8" x 5 3/4"  one for the front of the card & the other for the inside.

The ink colours i used to stamp my DSP was Rich razzleberry, Pink pirouette & Garden green.

If you would like to see a tutorial on how i made the DSP please click HERE

I heat embossed my sentiment with gold powder. I cut out a layering scallop oval in Rich Razzleberry and a layering size down in very vanilla. This was what i stamped my sentiment onto.

I wrapped some Gold satin ribbon around the very vanilla and tied a separate bow which i attached with a glue dot. The pearl on the ribbon is just what i had in my stash.

To finish the card off i placed an enamel heart near the sentiment and i stamped a flower onto my other piece of very vanilla. This was glued to the inside of my card base.

Thank you for stopping by.

#11 Seasonal Sunday Christmas Treat box for your furry friends!!

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to number 11 of my seasonal Sunday project. We only have 1 more left then i will be moving on to Spring & Summer Sunday after Christmas.

Today i have a lovely little gift box that i made for my cute little Dog Daisy! I no that most people really like to include their pets at Christmas, me being one of them. I always like to get Daisy some doggy treats at Christmas, so that gave me the idea to make a lovely little box to put them in.

I hope you like it :-)

My little Daisy!

I heat embossed the lid of the box and i stamped lots of Xmas/Dog words on it using the Brushwork alphabet stamp set. I stamped things like.. Daisy, Santa, Treats & Woof!. I also used Oh, What fun stamp set and i used the Ho Ho Ho & the little holly leaves.
I also used Wrapped in warmth stamp set to emboss the pattern around the side of the lid.
You could stamp whatever you like on the lid or you could even just make it with DSP.

I love this little gift box and i no Daisy will too.

To make the box i used:

Real Red card
Brushwork Alphabet stamp
Oh what fun Stamp
Wrapped in warmth stamp
Gold embossing powder
Silky taffeta ribbon
red glimmer paper
Whisper white card
Basic black card
sweetheart punch
Cookie cutter xmas punch
real red enamel shapes
Real red Ink

2 pieces of Real Red card measuring  8 1/4" x 11 3/4"  (USA people can just use there 8 1/2" x 11")

Score 1 piece @ 2" on all 4 sides

Beautiful Heat Embossed Make-up compact style Gift box

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for visiting my Blog Today. I really hope you like Today's project as much as i do!!
I have had this idea in my head for a few weeks now. It was inspired by my face powder compact. I love how it turned out and the construction is very similar to my Vanity style box that i did a couple of weeks ago. I hope you like it!

This box is made with Real Red card, Gold foil, Gold embossing powder & Gold 1/8" Ribbon

This box is made with Early Espresso card, Copper foil, Copper embossing powder & Very vanilla ribbon.
I made this box to hold 2 Green & Black miniature chocolates and a Lip balm/Lipstick. It really is a simple box to make and it is very strong as it is all reinforced and seamless inside.

You also don't need a great deal to make it either. I made mine with Floral Phrases Stamp SetLayering Ovals Framelits & Layering circles Framelits.
I also used Early Espresso Cardstock, Copper embossing powder, Copper Foil and Very Vanilla Ribbon.

I really think these boxes look so elegant and you can make them in any colour you like. They would make great Christmas gifts. What woman doesn't love Make-up & Chocolate!!

Gorgeous Ladies Style Vanity/Make-up Case using Stampin Up Products

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for visiting my Blog Today.
I really am over the moon with Today's project. I have totally fallen in love with it!!

I promised last week when i made the men's suitcase box that i would make a Ladies style one. I have been working on it for a few days and i just love how its turned out. I really think you will too.

This case is made with Melon Mambo card, Pop of pink DSP, Pop of paradise stamp set and Gold embossing powder.

I added some faux white stitching with a white gel pen. I used the Tag topper punch for the label and tied it with Gold 1/8" Ribbon.

I even added a little mirror inside! I cut out an oval from silver foil card.
I decided to make this one in the style of a Vanity/Make-up Case.  You could of course just make it the same as the mens version but just make it more feminine. I wanted to make this one a bit different though.
I think one of my favorite parts is the little mirror! It looks so cute but i really think it adds that bit extra.
I also made a couple of changes to the way the box is constructed. The great bonus of that means this box is so strong. You really have to see and feel it to see how strong it really is.

This case is made with Crumb Cake card, Copper foil, Affectionately yours DSP , Copper embossing powder & Pop of paradise stamp set.

This case is constructed slightly differently, leaving it totally seamless inside!

I think you will agree that these cases look stunning!
I would be absolutely over the moon if i received one of these cases. They are also great to display in your bedroom etc and use them to store various things in. You could store Jewellery in or craft items.
