Welcome to my blog & project number 6 of my wedding week. I carn't believe how fast this week has gone! only 1 more project left now :-( I really hope you have enjoyed it.

This card is so simple to make & i think it would look great whatever colour you choose to make it.
I used the Brushwork Alphabet stamp set for this card & also the Polka dot basics embossing folder.

Lemon Lime Twist Meets Night Of Navy!

Hi Everyone,

For those who do not follow my Facebook Page, i am sorry there was know tutorial yesterday as i was poorly. I woke up with a terrible Migraine and could not get rid of it. I think it was the heat that caused it. Us British are not used to the heat.

Anyway, today i have a lovely card for you. I have been playing with some of the new In colours. I love Lemon Lime Twist and have seen that it goes really well with Night of Navy.
What do you think ????

I love it!!

For this card i cut a piece of Whisper White to 11" x 4 1/2"

Then i cut a piece of Night Of Navy to 4 1/8" x 5 1/8"

The last piece of whisper white was cut to 4" x 5"

Using Touches of texture i stamped the large speckle stamp 3 times with Lemon Lime Twist Ink.
With the stamp set Vertical Greetings i stamped Thank you in the right hand corner with Night of Navy.

From Night of navy card i cut the flourish and small flower from the Flourish Thinlit dies.

I added some rhinestones to finish.

I really quick and simple card but i think it looks really pretty!

Thank you

Touches Of Texture Heat Embossed Card

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for popping over to my blog today.

I said yesterday that i would be back again today with another card & here i am!  Today's card is made using the beautiful Touches of Texture Stamp set. This is a new set for me as i only got it last week.  I really don't know why i waited this long to buy it! It really is beautiful and you get 2 cases of stamps.

I hope you like the card that i made for you today :-)

My card base is Night of Navy and i used Very Vanilla for my card front.

The Night of Navy measures 4 1/8" x 11 1/2"  Scored @ 5 1/2"

The very vanilla measures 3 7/8" x 5 1/4"

I stamped my large stem and flower first with night of navy ink. Using some versamark i stamped 2 of the branches at either side of the flower. I heat embossed the them with silver embossing powder.
Again using Versamark i stamped the large speckles at the top of the card and heat embossed with silver powder.
My sentiment is from Watercolour wings and i used Night of navy for that.
I added a retired button to the middle of the flower, really simple but very pretty!

I hope you like my card and will give it a go yourself.

I will be back tomorrow with another project.

Thank you

#3 Cute Christmas Gift bag & Cookie Cutter Christmas Shrink Charm

Hi Everyone,

Happy Sunday! I hope you are all doing ok.
Welcome to my Blog & another Seasonal Sunday project. I hope you like Today's make. I love it, its so cute.
I think it would be great to gift some hand made Jewelry or Lipstick etc. You only need a small amount of supplies to make it and very little card & DSP.

I made this bag with Real Red Card, Warmth & Cheer DSP, Cookie cutter Christmas bundle, Teeny Tiny sentiments & white shrink plastic.

The little Santa is colored with red & black sharpie markers. The button is non SU and i used gold bakers twine to tie in a bow. I punched the sentiment out with the classic label punch.
Another really cute thing about this Gift Bag is the little Cookie Cutter Christmas  charm. I love it! Plus the recipient is getting an extra little gift.

The little charm is made from shrink plastic. I stamped the santa with black stazon Ink and coloured him in with a red & black sharpie. You must use permanent Ink to colour on the shrink plastic.  I then cut him out with the matching punch & punched a hole in the top of his hat with a 1/8" hand held punch. I heat set it with my heat tool until it was ready. This only takes about 10-20 seconds.

DIMENSIONS

1 piece of card stock measuring 6 3/8" x 3"      OR       16.2 cm x 7.6 cm

Score the long side @ 1" , 3", 4" & 6"              OR        2.5 cm, 7.6 cm, 10.1 cm & 15.2 cm

Score the short side @ 1"     OR       2.5 cm

STRAPS

x2 pieces of card measuring 6 1/4" x 1/4"       OR        15.8 cm x 0.6 cm

CLOSURE

1 piece of card measuring 2 1/2" x 1/2"         OR         6.3 cm x 1.2 cm

You will also need 2 of the largest Layering Circle Framelits  cut with Real Red card & 2 of the next size down circles cut with DSP. I used Warmth & Cheer DSP .

You could keep your bag closed with either magnets or velcro dots.

The bag on the right is made with Night of Navy card and Floral Boutique DSP.
Please check out my YouTube Tutorial for full instructions.
